Self Realization

Self-realization can be defined as “fulfillment by oneself of the possibilities of one's character or personality”. Param Pujya Shree Shree Maa practiced and instilled in her self-realization techniques from her guru ... She taught the same techniques to thousands of people across the world. She teaches these principles via disparate media such as Yog Gyan, Satsang, Bhajan-Kirtan and Meditation.

Anyone and everyone can participate in the shibirs organized throughout the world.

In order to really understand and experience self-realization, Param Pujya Shri Shri Maa recommends everyone to answer to self about following questions.

  1. Who am I?
  2. Where I am coming from?
  3. Where I am going?
  4. Where I stand right now? ("Atma - Nirikshan")

By using instruments such as "Satsang", "Bhajan-Kirtan" or "Meditation" and blessings from Guru, one can dive deep within self. If one really practices enough, one will find answer from within. It's a totally different experience that's difficult to describe in words. There are various states and one transition from one state to another by continuous practice.
